Digital Products:
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (eBooks, courses, audio content), all digital sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your content, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Physical Products:
Physical items (such as printed books or merchandise) can be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
Return Process:
To request a return, email rodney@kingdom-wealth.info with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
