These first steps will help you build a strong foundation, gain clarity, and move forward with peace, excellence, and confidence. Take your time, follow the sequence, and complete each step in order.
Once you finish this section, you’ll understand how the business flows, how we support you from day one, and how to plug into the system that leads to 4A—and beyond.
Your First 24–48 Hours in Team Kingdom Wealth
This phase is all about laying a strong foundation, getting clear on your “why,” and preparing your relationships and systems so the Lord can breathe on your efforts. Work through these steps in order. Each one unlocks a small milestone on your journey.
Pro tip: Don’t overthink this. Take a deep breath, pray, and move one step at a time. Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.
Build Your Master List (Goal: 150–200 Names)
Start by writing down as many names as you can think of — friends, family, coworkers, past clients, ministry connections, social media contacts, business owners, health-conscious people, faith-driven people, and anyone you sense the Lord highlighting.
Don’t prejudge or decide for them. Your job right now is to honour the relationships God has already placed in your life and put them on paper or in a simple list.
- Aim for 150–200 names over time — start with 30–50 and keep adding.
- You can use a notebook, a spreadsheet, or a simple Google Sheet.
- Think of people who value health, freedom, purpose, or extra income.
You’ve begun honouring your network and preparing a field the Lord can bring a harvest from.
Choose Your “Best 10” and “Next 10”
From your Master List, it’s time to highlight the people who are most likely to be open right now. We do this so you can focus your first efforts where the soil is softest.
- Best 10: Your top ten most promising names — faith-filled, growth-minded, and likely to be open to better health and better income.
- Next 10: Another ten who have potential but may need a bit more warming up or conversation before they’re ready.
These lists are not permanent. People can move from “Next” to “Best,” and God may surprise you with who says yes first. The goal is simply to start with focus instead of overwhelm.
You now have a focused list of people to love, serve, and invite into this journey with you.
Set Up Your Discovery Call Calendar
Next, you’ll create a simple Discovery Call booking link (usually using Calendly). This makes it easy for your contacts to schedule a time with you, and it also allows your sponsor to support you on calls while you’re learning.
You’ll be using a standard set of pre-qualifying questions so that every person who books a call is giving you the same key information. This keeps things simple, professional, and duplicatable for your future team.

You now have a professional way for people to book with you, and a structure your sponsor can plug into as you grow.
Get “Community Connected” in the Ecosystem

Work through these steps in order. You don’t have to rush — just keep moving. Each step helps you get clarity, confidence, and connection.

You are not expected to be the expert on day one. The Rolling Roster system is how we lock arms so you can learn while you earn — and grow confidently toward the 4A rank and beyond.
How the Rolling Roster Works
In simple terms, here’s what this system means for you:
- You start by inviting, not explaining. Your main job is to connect people to the tools and calls.
- Rodney handles the discovery calls for you and your team until you’re solid at 4A.
- Your people get looked after by someone who knows the model — so you’re never “winging it.”
- As you grow into leadership, you’ll eventually take over more calls for your own 4A teams.
This way, you can focus on relationships and invitations while you learn the skill of Kingdom conversations.
